I went to the Alice and Wonderland pop up shop this morning in Selfridges for tea inspiration, of course I then ended up popping downstairs and purchasing a lovely royal doulton sandwich plate and then popping into the food hall to check out Laura Santini's new Easy Tasty Magic range (oh and 3 Pierre Herme Macaroons - THE Picasso of pastry!!!)

Unami is the Japanese word for the 5th taste, after bitterness, sweetness, saltiness and sourness. After marinating the chicken in the unami paste, I griddled the breasts with baby leeks and cherry tomatoes and freshened it all up pea shoots, rocket, feta and lemon dressing. YUM
