Bit of spain in a sandwich

So, I'm back home in London.
I went out to Spain with a backpack and came home with a suitcase... there are certain things (toasted almonds, chorizo, lomo, semicurado cheese, frito, aniseed olive oil bicuits and cava)
that I find hard not to bring home.
Yesterday the sun was shining, it was the first day of Spring and my Spanish sandwich made me feel like I was eating lunch on a balcony in Andalucia. I was really eating it on my window sill in Putney but tasty all the same.
