Empanadas

I came across this little packet of what looked like empanada pastry in the local supermarket. To my relief it was as I had planned to make them as a starter for bed and breakfast guests who requested dinner too.
I made a filling of tuna, roasted peppers, parsley, onion, garlic, paprika and chilli.
They were quite yummy. Reminded me of Argentina where Nick and I would judge an empanada against the last. Often I think when you're travelling and weary it just tastes better when you really need it.
