recreation of the green tea cake

Baked for 11 minutes at 180C and cooled on rack...Press the wire rack down on cake upside down so easier to roll and absorb jam (if this was the top tier of the cake it would look cool like this and dusted with matcha green tea)
Roll like you would a swiss roll with rose flavoured butter icing!
(Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before slicing)
