Beef Burgers in Brioche Buns

Been making burger buns this week, the temperature makes the dough rise in half the time so not too lengthy. My musts for burgers are plastic cheese, ketchup and mustard together, but we didn't have ketchup so I made a spicy tomato sauce which is pretty yum. Recipe here
